Official Competition Guidelines
Standard playing rules applied across all sanctioned season matches
Game Timing & Clock
Section 01- •Four (4) ten-minute quarters per official game.
- •Halftime intermission is strictly five (5) minutes.
- •One (1) minute break between quarters.
- •Five (5) minute overtime in the event of a tie at regulation end.
Fouls & Penalty Bonus
Section 02- •Personal foul limit: 5 personal fouls disqualify a player from the game.
- •Team foul bonus: Penalty kicks in on the 5th team foul per quarter (2 free throws).
- •Technical fouls result in 1 free throw plus possession of the ball.
- •Two unsportsmanlike fouls result in immediate game ejection and review.
Rosters & Uniforms
Section 03- •Players must be verified and approved prior to tournament cutoff date.
- •All team members must wear matching jerseys with unique, visible numbers.
- •Proper non-marking basketball court footwear is mandatory for all participants.
- •Unregistered guest players ("ringers") are strictly prohibited.

Section 04- •Win: 3 league points | Draw/Overtime Loss: 1 point | Loss: 0 points.
- •Tiebreaker 1: Head-to-head win/loss record between tied teams.
- •Tiebreaker 2: Point differential in direct head-to-head matchups.
- •Tiebreaker 3: Overall tournament point differential across all matches.

Players can submit their application through our public Join a Team form. Once submitted, the application is reviewed by the team's head coach and verified by the league administrator to confirm jersey availability and roster eligibility.

Player safety begins with disciplined play and mutual respect. Referees strictly penalize intentional, reckless, or dangerous fouls to protect all players. Basic first aid (such as ice packs and bandages) is available at the official table for minor knocks or sprains.
How are game statistics and box scores recorded?
Official table keepers log scores, fouls, and player statistics during each match. After the game, results are verified and updated in the system so that team standings and player statistics reflect official outcomes.
What is the league's policy on sportsmanship and conduct?
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for physical fighting, verbal abuse of game officials, or unsportsmanlike behavior by players, coaches, or spectators. Violations result in immediate technical fouls, ejections, and league review.
